Refund Policy

At Fox Dance Co., we are committed to providing high-quality dance education while maintaining clear and consistent policies for all families.

1. Registration Fees

All registration fees are non-refundable. Registration secures your dancer’s place in class and covers administrative costs.

2. Tuition Payments

Tuition is non-refundable once the payment period has begun. Tuition reserves your dancer’s spot in class and covers instructor time and studio operations, regardless of attendance.

Missed classes do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.

3. Withdrawal Policy

If a family chooses to withdraw from a class, written notice must be submitted prior to the next billing cycle. Tuition already paid for the current billing period will not be refunded.

4. Recital & Costume Fees

Recital, costume, and performance-related fees are non-refundable once costumes have been ordered or production expenses have been incurred.

5. Competition Team Fees

Company or competition-related fees are non-refundable once commitments have been made, as entry fees and choreography costs are paid in advance.

6. Medical Exceptions

In the case of a documented medical issue that prevents participation for an extended period, Fox Dance Co. may review refund or credit requests on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

7. Class Cancellations

If Fox Dance Co. must cancel a class due to unforeseen circumstances, makeup classes or account credits may be offered at the studio’s discretion.
