Welcome to Fox Dance Co. By enrolling in classes, using our website, or participating in studio activities, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Enrollment & Registration

Enrollment in classes is confirmed once registration is completed and payment is received. Class placement is based on age, skill level, and instructor recommendation.

Fox Dance Co. reserves the right to adjust class schedules, instructors, or placement as needed.

2. Tuition & Payments

Tuition is due according to the selected payment schedule.
Late payments may result in late fees or temporary suspension from class.
Tuition is non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.
Registration fees are non-refundable.

Failure to remain current on tuition may result in dismissal from classes or performances.

3. Attendance

Consistent attendance is strongly encouraged, especially during recital and performance preparation. While we understand absences may occur, missed classes do not qualify for tuition refunds.

4. Code of Conduct

All dancers and families are expected to maintain respectful behavior. Disruptive conduct, bullying, or inappropriate behavior toward staff or students will not be tolerated and may result in dismissal.

5. Recitals & Performances

Participation in recitals or competitions may require additional fees for costumes, entry fees, and tickets. Clear communication regarding deadlines and costs will be provided in advance.

6. Photo & Media Release

Fox Dance Co. may photograph or record classes, performances, or events for promotional purposes. Families may submit written notice if they prefer their dancer not be included.

7. Assumption of Risk

Dance is a physical activity and carries inherent risk of injury. By enrolling, parents/guardians acknowledge and accept this risk. Fox Dance Co. is not liable for injuries sustained during classes, rehearsals, or events, except in cases of proven negligence.

8. Website Use

All content on this website is the property of Fox Dance Co. and may not be copied, distributed, or reproduced without permission.

9. Policy Updates

Fox Dance Co. reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued enrollment constitutes agreement to the most current version.
